He explained that the applications are received according to the conditions available in every citizen and not according to the priority of the applicant, as all requests are studied according to the humanitarian, social and financial cases, pointing out that the Foundation has 78 houses in the “Tolerance 2” neighborhood, and that it is expected to receive more From 600 applications.
He added that, upon the end of the application acceptance period, the Foundation will conduct the necessary studies for the categories eligible for housing, and review the required documents needed to obtain the housing, which include the original identity of the husband and wife, the request letter with an explanation of the case, a personal photo of the husband, a copy of passports for all family members, and a copy From the identity card for all family members, a copy of the entire original family book, a salary certificate or work contract of the husband and wife, in addition to certificates of termination of service, retirement and divorce, if any, a certificate of alimony for the children, an original six-month account statement for the husband and wife, and a certificate of proof of indebtedness Original for husband and wife, and To Whom It May Concern certificate from Umm Al Quwain municipality for husband and wife.
He pointed out that if the passport is issued to the husband and wife from another emirate, the applicant must bring certificates to whom it may concern from the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Lands and Properties from the emirate from which the passport was issued, along with a certificate of property from the municipality of Umm Al Quwain, adding that he will not Any application is accepted in the event of a shortage of the required documents.
He explained that the “Tolerance 2” neighborhood project includes unified residential models in terms of size and architectural style, with a ground and first floor villa model with an area of 315 square meters, consisting of five rooms, a kitchen, a council and car umbrellas for each villa.
