The national team raised its score in the Arab Billiards and Snooker Championship, for general and junior, currently held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to 7 medals, after adding 3 new medals.
In the snooker competitions, our team won the silver medal in the men’s team competition, after the duo, consisting of Muhammad Al-Joker and Muhammad Shehab, lost in the final match to its Iraqi counterpart, who won the gold with a score of 3-1.
In the junior singles competition, Saif Al Zaabi lost to Egyptian Adham Ismail in the snooker singles semi-final with a score of 1-3 to win the bronze medal.
In the billiards competition, and among the men’s 10-ball doubles competitions, our team won the bronze medal, after losing to its Bahraini counterpart with a score of 8-9. With this result, our team raised its tally in the tournament to 7 medals, including 2 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze.
