Al-Hosani stressed that the responsibility for the appearance of the results of the examinations and the vaccination status is primarily related to the concerned health care facility that provides the service, which is concerned with communicating with “Al-Hosn” and providing it with data on examinations and vaccination, pointing to the need to review the concerned center or hospital, in the event of a nasal swab examination. PCR at one of the centers, and the result did not appear in the application, although he received a text message with it. The same applies to vaccination. If the user receives a dose of the vaccine, and it does not appear in the “Al-Hosn” application, he must visit the facility to provide him with data. It asked users to update their identity data, to ensure optimal use of the application.
Al-Hosani confirmed that the concerned authorities have updated the call center for the “Al-Hosn” application, indicating the possibility of inquiring and communicating with the application team through the toll-free number 8004676.
And workers in the first line of defense reported that the benefits of the “Al-Hosn” application are not limited to facilitating movement procedures, highlighting the results of examinations and obtaining vaccinations for people, as the application gives its user the opportunity to know whether he is close to people carrying the Corona virus, or in contact with others infected with it. .
“Al-Hosn” helps track people who have mixed with, or interacted with, people who have been infected with the Corona virus, by using Bluetooth technology, so that both phones exchange identity data that is stored in encrypted form on the application installed on the user’s phone, and through this data, the health authorities are able to Quickly identify people at risk of contracting the coronavirus, and contact them so they can be retested.
They pointed out that the application also provides a service to show the extent to which people who are required to be quarantined adhere to the instructions regarding the stone, and not to mix with others during the quarantine period, to protect them and society, and achieve the benefits of home quarantine.
For its part, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection confirmed, in previous statements, that the “Al-Hosn” application is one of the most important solutions to address the “Corona” epidemic, by harnessing the latest mobile phone technologies to help control and contain the virus.
The Ministry of Health and Community Protection confirmed that the encryption system for the “Al-Hosn” application includes the creation of a QR code for the user, in addition to an encrypted color system to determine his health status, where the gray color indicates that the user has not been tested, or has undergone a test and is awaiting the result, and indicates The green color indicates that the user’s test result is negative, and that his health condition is fine, which entitles him to access public places. The red color indicates that the user’s test result is positive, and that he must communicate with the competent health authorities to obtain medical advice. As for the amber color, it indicates that the user needs to take a test, or re-test, as a result of the possibility of being exposed to infection with the Corona virus.
