The Sharjah Human Resources Department revealed its series of qualifying programs for the month of August, which target a segment of job seekers with various educational qualifications who are included in the department’s system, from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region.
The department organizes 30 electronic qualification programs that are held via the remote training system using Microsoft Teams.
The offered programs vary to include: contract management specialist (contract planning, evaluation, preparation and management), how to market my project, conflict management skills and strategies for dealing with them, and innovative creativity in organization and planning.
It also presents the preparation for future jobs, the career guidance program for the job interview system, which is held in 3 groups, the qualifying program for a tour guide, leadership and administrative skills, effective and effective communication skills using emotional intelligence, and personal styles and their impact on human relations.
The programs include business skills, professional etiquette, the art of presentation and public speaking, modern methodologies for customer service management, professional CV writing, which is held in two groups, the latest government communication and media practices, outstanding job behavior, and the art of dealing with others.
The department also implements mastery and success programs, understanding personalities and social integration, a balanced scorecard, from passion to goal, thinking and strategic planning, listening skills, communication skills, happiness indicators strategy, being a leader, decision-making and problem solving, and time management and management skills.
The qualifying programs for job seekers are one of the sustainable efforts of the Department to implement the approach of the Emirate of Sharjah in the development and investment of the human element. And directing all available resources and energies to meet the requirements of development, and to enhance the capabilities, capabilities and experiences of the young generation, to inject highly skilled national cadres into the labor market.
