On the territory of Omsk in 2022, it is planned to repair 18 highways. Mikhail Gorchakov, the first deputy director of the department of urban economy of the mayor’s office, spoke about this at a press conference on January 28.
According to him, this year, 16 highways will be put in order under the national project “Safe and high-quality roads”. Among them are understudies of Lukashevich and Volgogradskaya streets, Perelet, Buderkin, Serov, Sharonova, Spartakovskaya, Tarskaya, Romanenko, 50 years of the Komsomol, Borodina, Partizanskaya, International, Vavilov, P. Osminin, 75 years of the Guards Brigade, writes news agency “OMSKREGION”.
Work will also take place on Margelov and Kamyshova streets. They will be repaired with a subsidy from the regional government. We are talking about the amount of 97.8 million rubles.
In general, over 870 million rubles will be allocated from the budgets of different levels for road repairs in 2022. As noted by IA “City55”, in 2021, the road builders completed a two-year work plan. 37 street sections were brought to the normative state, of which 27 under the 2021 program and 10 under the 2022 program.
According to the Department of Municipal Economy, over the five years of the implementation of the BKAD national project in Omsk, 4.4 million sq. m of roadway. More than 75% of the city’s roads have been brought to the standard state.
